$120 for a 45 minute session

Sliding Scale
$100 for those making $40,001-$60,000/year
$70 for those who make less than $40,000/year
Insurances taken for payment are Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim and Oxford.

Paying for Services
Before services begin, payment information must be gathered before the first scheduled treatment appointment. If you are paying by health insurance, you must submit the telephone number to your health insurance company, your member ID, your group #, your date of birth and your address. You will have to wait for 24 hours to see what behavioral health insurance benefits that you qualify for.
If you are paying by credit card, your credit card number, the expiration date and the security code must be submitted. If you are paying by credit card, you must also enroll in autopay services. This is so that after each session, your credit card will automatically be billed for the agreed upon rate.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $20 cancellation fee if you do not call, text or email to cancel your appointment and you no show.
